Non-homogenized Milk at last
I stopped drinking milk right after I read about effects of homogenization about 6 years ago. A bit late, since by then a lot of damage could have been done already, but at least I'm certain I first encountered homogenized milk somewhere in nineties so it shouldn't be that big damage. Technological inferiority, by many theories a result of the communist past, had the effect that homogenization came very late to our country. Something good, who would have thought. And a few days ago, I accidently stumbled upon a non-homogenized milk! It said so right on the label, as if the producer was proud of it. A bold move, considering that among the general populace homogenization still seems to be something that adds quality to milk. And here it is.

Hey man, just wanted to wish you a very Happy Christmas and a great New Year
Non-Homogenized milk is healthier. Generally the less a food is processed, the more nutrients it will have and will be better absorbed and utilized by the body. I found this page when doing some research on the milk, check it out!!
